Each participant must provide their own food for 5 days. You must provide 2,000 calories per day, i.e. at least 10,000 calories.
You must present a bag with your food at the technical inspection. We need a document from you with details of the calories contained in the food bag. The food must be organized either “day by day” (pack day 1, pack day 2, ...) or “by meal type” (pack breakfast, pack race/lunch).
